ITCRA Remuneration and Benchmark Survey

ITCRA as part of the ITCRA Voice program, has commissioned Hart Consulting Group to compile the ITCRA Remuneration and Benchmarking Survey in response to Members’ needs for information on pay in the ICT recruitment market. This survey provides a guide to each participant and the market on competitive pay levels inclusive of financial and non-financial benchmarks currently in practice.

Participation (supplying data) is available only to ITCRA Members.

The benefits of participation are:
- Access to the only ICT recruitment industry survey on pay levels and incentives/commissions to senior management, consultants, business development and support staff.
- Information on financial and non-financial benchmarks to assist companies in reviewing current practices highlighting staffing structures, EBIT to Wages ratios, staff turnover, retention policies, and margins etc.
- Review of remuneration benefits being provided at various staff levels.
- Review of performance pay inclusive of incentive/commission plans and trends.
- Analysis of salary data by position and location.

Participating ITCRA Members (Members who supply data) will receive the report at no charge.

ITCRA Members who do not wish to participate can purchase the generic report for $1,100 (GST inclusive)

Non-Members can purchase the generic report for $2,200 (GST inclusive)
