ITCRA Programs

ITCRA runs a number of programs to benefit our members, and will continue to foster partnerships and invest in technologies and programs to assist members in reducing costs, increasing knowledge and providing opportunities for networking and building resource pools within the ICT industry.

ITCRA’s current programs include:

SKILLSMATCH - ICT SKILLS DATABASE

SkillsMatch is a groundbreaking data collection system where ITCRA members can access real-time data on the supply and demand of ICT skills and other workforce issues. Supported by State and Federal Governments ITCRA members can contribute critical data to the system on each placement they make. This data can then be utilised by ITCRA members, their clients and other government and private companies that subscribe to SkillsMatch.

IT2 – IT JOB BOARD

IT2 is the recruitment industry’s career portal –an online job marketplace boasting the highest calibre candidates, where ITCRA members can advertise for free. The ITCRA Code of Conduct requires its members to use IT2 to advertise real jobs only. In this way, applicants are assured that jobs marked with an ITCRA member logo are genuine. IT2 is managed by CareerOne utilising TurboRECRUIT technology.

IT SUPER – IT PROFESSIONAL SUPERFUND

IT Super is a superannuation fund administered by TAL that is designed specifically for IT professionals. ITCRA has partnered with TAL, the administrator and insurer and Consultum, the financial advisers to provide a comprehensive and cost-effective superannuation solution with many features and benefits for employees and employers.
