Why has ITCRA established IT2?

IT2 is a service provided by ITCRA free to its members. It is the IT recruitment industry's career portal - an online job marketplace for ITCRA members, their clients and candidates. It is the place where IT professionals come for online training, industry news, contracting information and career development resources.

The objectives of IT2 are to:

  • provide access to the majority of IT jobs in one place
  • provide a quality experience for job seekers
  • provide better quality and more accurate reporting to advertisers
  • be a delivery channel for benefits, content and industry standards
  • allow ITCRA members to promote the value proposition of their company and their clients
  • to give ITCRA members a mechanism for business growth

The IT2 website will see CareerOne.com.au manage the site using Turbo Recruit’s technology.

By utilising the partnership with CareerOne ITCRA has the opportunity for global market exposure through the CareerOne platform.

When we launched www.it2.com.au, our aim was to provide the most genuine and comprehensive jobs board for the IT recruitment industry.

As part of the agreement, any ITCRA members who advertises positions on it2.com.au will receive a discounted offer to advertise on CareerOne.com.au, and to use turboRECRUIT'S software solution, further exposing their listings to CareerOne.com.au’s audience of over 1.6 million users.

Similarly, any IT job advertiser who advertises on CareerOne.com.au automatically has their ad listed on www.it2.com.au.

The new IT2 site has a great new look and also provides training and career resources as well as tips for job seekers.
