ITCRA Certification

The ITCRA Certified Recruitment Professional program ensures best practice and adherence to the Code of Conduct. The program is a self-managed learning program that allows flexibility through podcasts, online self-paced modules, external training providers and other resources to ensure ITCRA professionals have the necessary competencies and legislative tools to deliver best practice outcomes. The Certification is awarded after the successful completion of an externally administered and assessed exam.
