Certification Exam

We congratulate you for taking this step and believe this Cerfticiation will demonstrate to your clients and candidates that you are committed to the highest standards of professional practice.

ITCRA's purpose in establishing the Certified Professional Program is for it to be an effective part of a meaningful strategy for upholding ethical work practices in the IT contract and recruitment industry. It is directed at ensuring that the industry maintains its credibility.

The exam costs $300 +GST. A discount applies for companies enrolling 6 or more consultants at the same time.

- The exam consists of 50 questions, being a combination of multiple choice, missing words, true/false and drag and drop questions
- You are required to complete the exam in 75 minutes. The system will shut down at that time
- If time permits you will have a chance to review your answers
- Each question is of equal value
- You must pass each of the four modules and achieve at least 60% overall to successfully complete the exam
- There will be no feedback given at any level
- There will be a statement at the end of the exam identifying your total score and whether you have been successful or not.
