ITCRA (Information Technology Contract and Recruitment Association) is the peak industry body for IT recruitment agencies in Australia and New Zealand, setting the direction for the industry and influencing its standards and code of practice.

This site will provide users with information on ITCRA’s objectives, our programs and services and outline the benefits of being an ITCRA member.

Users will also be able to search our directory of current general and affiliate members. By using an ITCRA member you are assured of using a company that is committed to abiding by the ITCRA Code of Conduct and raising the professionalism of recruitment in the IT industry.

Serious about Standards

The ITCRA Code of Conduct provides members of the Association with a framework in which to operate their business in a professional and ethical manner.

The Association operates for the mutual benefit of its members, their clients and the employment-seeking public. Membership is dependent on member CEOs committing themselves and their employees to conduct their business ethically and in a manner that is not prejudicial to, or likely to bring discredit upon, the prestige and good reputation of the Association or its members.

All Members of ITCRA subscribe to this Code of Conduct and are thereby committed to ensuring that their staff are provided with the appropriate training and development required to uphold the standards of professional practice reflected in it.
